Questions production teams ask before training

Straight answers about what the program covers, how sessions run, and what changes on the line after deployment.

Do we need a data science team to start?

No. The training is built for engineers and line supervisors who work with robots daily. We bring the machine learning models and show your team how to tune them, label data, and read the outputs. A working knowledge of Python helps but is not required for the first module.

Which robot brands and controllers are covered?

We focus on the control layer rather than a single vendor. The course covers common industrial controllers, PLC integration, and vision systems used across Malaysian manufacturing lines. If your line runs a specific brand, we adapt the lab sessions to that hardware during the on-site portion.

How long before the team can apply the models?

Most teams deploy a first pilot model within four to six weeks after the initial workshop. That timeline assumes regular access to the production line and a small set of labeled images or sensor logs. We help you scope that pilot so it fits your shift schedule.

What happens if a model fails during production?

Every deployment includes a rollback plan. We train your team to monitor confidence scores and switch back to the previous control logic when a model drifts. The training covers failure modes, logging, and the exact steps to isolate a faulty model without stopping the line.

Is the training delivered on-site or remotely?

Both. The core theory sessions run remotely in small groups, and the hands-on labs happen on your factory floor. That mix keeps travel costs low while making sure the team practices on the actual robots and software they will use every day.

Support desk for production-line teams

Direct access to our AI training engineers for setup questions, model tuning, and robot integration issues. We respond within one business day.

Use the contact page to open a ticket with your site ID and robot model. Our engineers monitor the queue from 9:00 to 18:00 MYT, Monday through Friday. For urgent line stops, call the support line directly and mention your contract number.

Standard questions get a first reply within one business day. If your issue involves a live production line or a failed model deployment, we prioritize it and usually respond within four hours. Complex debugging may take longer, but you will always get an initial assessment on the same day.

Yes. We offer remote sessions where our engineers connect to your edge gateway to review logs, inspect model outputs, and adjust inference parameters. For safety, we only access systems you explicitly authorize, and we document every change in the session report.

On-site visits are available for clients within the Klang Valley and Johor industrial zones. We schedule these after a remote diagnosis to ensure the right tools and spare parts are ready. Travel time is included in the support plan, not billed separately.

Have your robot controller firmware version, the model ID from your last training run, and a short description of the failure mode. If possible, attach a screenshot of the inference dashboard. This cuts the back-and-forth and lets us start troubleshooting immediately.

Our FAQ page covers frequent issues like camera calibration, data labeling formats, and model export steps. If you do not find what you need there, open a ticket and we will add the answer to the public list after resolving your case.
