Cerebellumcoaching provides B2B training in artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, and software coaching focused on optimizing automated manufacturing robots and production line systems. Training sessions are delivered remotely or on-site at client facilities in Malaysia. The specific curriculum, duration, and delivery format are confirmed in a written agreement before the program begins.
Clients must provide access to the relevant production environment, data samples, and technical staff needed for the training to be effective. This includes ensuring that any proprietary data shared during sessions is properly licensed for use in the training context. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own systems and for obtaining any necessary approvals before sharing operational details.
We commit to delivering the agreed training modules with qualified instructors who have hands-on experience in industrial machine learning. Materials are prepared specifically for each client's production context, and we adjust the pace based on the team's technical background. We do not guarantee specific performance improvements, uptime figures, or output increases, as these depend on factors outside our control.
All training materials, slide decks, code samples, and documentation provided by Cerebellumcoaching remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use these materials internally within their organization. Any code or models developed jointly during the training sessions are owned by the client, provided that our pre-existing tools and frameworks remain our property.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific training program in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost production time, or operational disruptions that occur during or after the training. Clients are responsible for validating any changes to their production systems and for ensuring that automated processes comply with their own safety standards.
Either party may terminate a training agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within fourteen days. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
